Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, is working now at East Anglian Air Ambulance

According to a news release of Kensington Palace, he will have to balance the work with his royal duties. He will work four days on, four days off.  “For me it is also really important to be grounded. I feel doing a job like this really helps with grounding the core of what I am trying to become,” Prince William said. As he also declared, he enjoys the challenge. The prince will donate all of his salary to charity, about £40,000-a-year. More than 100 air ambulance pilots are working across the UK. Each pilot is required to have at least 1,500 hours flight experience before taking up the post. To gain his license the prince had to complete five months’ training, followed by 14 exams and a flight test.
