The actor was suspected of counting cards, a common way to turn the odds on your side and cheat the game by knowing what cards have been played.
Ben Affleck was told he could still play other games at Hard Rock Casino. In the news of the event many online publications rushed to comment that the actor was also banned for life from the casino but this is not true. Affleck who is well known for producing Argo and co-writing “Good Will Hunting” also played the role of a gambling tycoon in the crime thriller “Runner Runner”.
He and his wife Jennifer Garner happened to be in Las Vegas as part of a short break. Affleck left to play his role of Batman opposite Henry Cavill’s Superman in the upcoming “Man of Steel” sequel.
