Seymour filed the docs in L.A. County Superior Court motivating the action by irreconcilable differences. They have 17 year old twin boys. Jane requested their legal and physical custody, without asking for spousal support.
In the mentioned statement, the couple said: “They will continue their relationship as devoted parents to their children, as business associated and partners and in their joint dedication to preserving and furthering the charitable endeavors that they’ve worked on throughout their marriage.”
