Knowles was asked to pay close to an extra $485000 for the year 2010 and $728000 for the year 2011. The 61 year old father not only managed Beyonce’s career for several years but also had his own record label as well as many other projects.
He earned a lot of money in those years. Music talent Beyonce was and still one of the highest grossing artists.
But don’t feel too sorry just yet. Having a tax bill over a million dollars means you are filthy rich. And it’s no wonder: Matthew Knowles made boatloads of cash while he managed Beyonce’s artistic career.
