The WARF sued the company again last month for its use of the technology in its newest A9 and A9X chips, featured in both its latest batch of iPhones and the iPad Pro. In July, Apple announced financial results for the third fiscal quarter and second calendar quarter of 2015. The company currently holds $202.8 billion in cash and marketable securities. Apple sold 47.5 million iPhones during the quarter.
