Ricky Martin is married to artist Ywan Yosef

Speaking at the Tuesday premiere of “The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story” in Los Angeles, the actor-singer Ricky Martin, a Grammy winner, confessed he is married to artist Jwan Yosef and they will have a proper wedding reception in a couple of months.

"We exchanged vows, and we've swear [sic] everything, and we've signed all the papers that we needed to sign, prenups and everything," he said. Martin, 46, confirmed his relationship with Yosef in 2016. It is also a father to nine-year-old twins Matteo and Valentino. "My kids ask me about having two daddies and I tell them we are a part of a modern family," he previously told to media.

He was introduced to Yosef on Instagram. They hope to expand their family in the future. “I want four more pairs of twins. I would love to have a big family,” Martin affirmed. Martin was previously linked to longtime partner Carlos Gonzalez and they split in 2014. Ricky Martin (Enrique Martin Morales) is a Puerto Rican singer, actor and author. Martin began his career at age 12 with the all-boy pop group Menudo. He had enormous success worldwide with Latin pop music. His first English-language album (also titled Ricky Martin), has sold 22 million copies and is one of the best selling albums of all time. The singer was contacted by FIFA to write a song for the 1998 World Cup and wrote "La copa de la vida" with K. C. Porter and Draco Rosa. Martin was raised Catholic but says he is open to all sorts of religious beliefs. On March 29, 2010, Martin publicly acknowledged his homosexuality in a post on his official website. Jwan Yosef is a Syrian-born Swedish painter and artist of Kurdish and Armenian ancestry who specializes in plastic arts.
